Incorrect ID cards mailed to Highmark PPO and HMO members

10:26 a.m., Aug. 27, 2015--University of Delaware employees are advised that Highmark Delaware recently issued ID cards with incorrect Primary Care Physician (PCP) and Specialist copays to both IPA/HMO and Comprehensive PPO members.

Highmark Delaware takes full responsibility for the errors and is working to send corrected ID cards to members’ homes by Sept. 1.

The new ID cards will reflect copays effective Sept. 1. View the list of copay changes.

Highmark Delaware is including an apology insert with the corrected ID cards.

Employees should look for their corrected ID cards in the mail soon and should destroy all previously received ID cards.
