CANR, Food Bank of Delaware announce change in date for 'Evening in the Garden'

(Editors note: This story was updated on Sept. 9 to note that the "Evening in the Garden" has been rescheduled from Sept. 10 to Tuesday evening, Sept. 15, due to concerns about the threat of severe weather in the area on Thursday evening, Sept. 10.)

2:58 p.m., Aug. 12, 2015--The University of Delaware's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) and the Food Bank of Delaware have announced that, due to the threat of severe weather on the evening of Thursday, Sept. 10, the annual “Evening in the Garden” has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 15.

The event will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, at UD's Garden for the Community, off South College Avenue near the Girl Scouts building.
