Late-night study locations announced as UD students look ahead to final exams

8:40 a.m., April 27, 2016--The locations include Daugherty Hall, Trabant Food Court, the Kirkwood Room in the Perkins Student Center, Rooms 223 and 230 in the Trabant Center and Morris Library and the Morris Library Commons.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.
  • Friday, May 13, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 14, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 15, opens at 11 a.m. and remains open 24 hours/day until Friday,
    May 20, when the Morris Library closes at 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 21, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 22, opens at 11 a.m. and remains open 24 hours/day until Thursday, May 26, when the Morris Library closes at 7 p.m.

Morris Library Commons is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The commons offers wired and wireless Internet access, vending machines and restrooms and is located adjacent to the Morris Library entrance.  

The electronic library of the University of Delaware Library, which is available 24/7, provides access for UD faculty, students and staff to a rich array of online library resources, including DELCAT Discovery, databases, full-text information, electronic books, electronic journals and electronic newspapers, Research Guides, digital collections, UDSpace and much more. Daugherty Hall in the Trabant University Center is open from:

  • 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., Wednesday through Saturday, May 18-21; 
  • 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., Sunday, May 22;
  • 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Wednesday, May 23-25; and 
  • 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday, May 26.

Trabant Food Court will be open for study from:

  • 7:30 a.m. to midnight, Wednesday through Friday, May 18-20; 
  • 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, May 21;
  • 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday, May 22;
  • 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, May 23 and 24;
  • 7:30 a.m. to midnight, Wednesday, May 25; and
  • 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 26.

The Kirkwood Room in the Perkins Student Center will be open for study from:

  • 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, May 18-21; 
  • 9 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 22;
  • 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, May 22-25; and
  • 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday, May 26.

Rooms 223 and 230 in the Trabant Center will be open for study from:

  • 7 a.m. to midnight, Wednesday through Saturday, May 18-21; 
  • 9 a.m. to midnight, Sunday, May 22;
  • 7 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Wednesday, May 22-25; and
  • 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday, May 26.

For an extra boost during extended hours of late-night study, Russell and Pencader dining halls will offer PJ’s, Pancakes and Ice Cream from 10 to 11:30 p.m., Monday, May 23.
