Animation introduction
Library offers 'Introduction to Animation' workshop April 12
8:42 a.m., April 4, 2016--The University of Delaware Library will present “Introduction to Animation” on Tuesday, April 12.
This workshop will introduce participants to a few different animation techniques including stop-motion, rotoscoping and basic computer animation (keyframes).

Cameras, tripods and the software Adobe After Effects will be used but no previous experience is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to bring a small toy or personal effect that they can use to make their stop-motion film.
“Introduction to Animation” will be offered from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, in Room B of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library.
Presenter will be Nico Carver, assistant librarian, and coordinator, Student Multimedia Design Center Services, Multimedia Services and Collections Department.
The workshop is available at no charge and are open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available.
