Preparation underway for underground utility project on Academy Street
4:20 p.m., April 25, 2016--Work is now underway to prepare for an underground utility project that will begin May 31 on Academy Street, in front of the Perkins Student Center and 401 Academy St., on the University of Delaware Newark campus.
From May 2-5, Grounds will be removing trees in front of those buildings, to allow for new steam and condensate piping to be installed in that area.
