Oct. 14: Major Mania
University Studies hosts Major Mania resource fair at Trabant
11:52 a.m., Sept. 25, 2014--The University Studies Program will host a Major Mania event from 3-4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 14, in Multipurpose Rooms A and B of the Trabant University Center.
The interactive Major Mania fair affords students the opportunity to consider their academic options while exploring the many majors and minors offered at the University of Delaware.

Representatives from UD’s seven colleges -- Arts and Sciences; Agriculture and Natural Resources; Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics; Earth, Ocean, and Environment; Education and Human Development; Engineering; and Health Sciences -- will be on hand answer questions.
Students in UD’s Associate in Arts Program also will be attending the event.
Members from the Pre-Law Committee, the Center for Premedical and Health Profession Studies and the Medical Scholars Program will be present for students considering professional schools after graduation.
Representatives of UD’s Career Services Center will attend to showcase the many resources for students who are exploring majors and careers. Career assessment options and major resource kits also will be available.
“We are thrilled at the amount of collaboration that is occurring to put the event together for our students,” said Avron Abraham, University Studies Program director. “We want to make sure they are able to take advantage of this opportunity.”
