YES+, for Your Enlightened Side, is a course designed for college students and young professionals that teaches powerful breathing techniques, low impact yoga and practical wisdom.

Every fall, the course is brought to UD via the Art of Living Foundation, a non-profit founded by world renowned philanthropist and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

YES+ consists of a five-day retreat on campus during which students can come together for meditation, mindfulness and community. No previous experience is required, and benefits of the course include stress relief, improved time management skills, confidence and an overall sense of peace, organizers said.

Although there is an enrollment fee, CALM and other cosponsors of YES+ will be fundraising so that each student who enrolls can attend free of charge.
