Oct. 22: Sustainability Day learning luncheon
'Empowering Change on Campus and in Community' focus of no-waste luncheon
10:21 a.m., Oct. 8, 2014--Members of the University of Delaware community are invited to a no-waste learning luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Campus Sustainability Day, Wednesday, Oct. 22.
The luncheon will feature short presentations by University community members related to this year's Campus Sustainability Day theme, "Empowering Change on Campus and in the Community.”

Speakers will include:
- Faculty and graduate students sharing knowledge learned from grant-funded research projects, and
- Students who have taken up causes about which they are passionate, such as a community garden project and a proposal for an Office of Sustainability.
Any member of the University community can register for the luncheon, which is free and open, but limited to 30 participants.
