Shuttle bus route on South Campus altered Oct. 17

12:54 p.m., Oct. 15, 2014--The University of Delaware shuttle bus route on South Campus will be altered on Friday afternoon, Oct. 17, with the Blue Hens Homecoming 5K.

From 4-8 p.m., Oct. 17, the parking lots associated with the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Athletic Complex will not be open to buses because of race preparations.

UD shuttle buses will not be entering these parking lots and will be picking up and dropping off passengers from South College Avenue instead.  

Individuals who park in this area will still be able to use these lots. 

Registration and packet pick-up for the Blue Hens Homecoming 5K begins at 4 p.m. The race starts at 5:30 p.m. The 3.1 mile course will start by the baseball complex, wind onto the University Farm and finish through the Athletics Complex parking area. Event-related festivities will continue until 8 p.m.
