Obama's 2012 campaign digital director to speak in National Agenda series
1:36 p.m., Oct. 21, 2014--Teddy Goff, the digital director for President Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign, will discuss “The Digital Campaign” when the University of Delaware National Agenda speaker series continues at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, in Mitchell Hall.
As digital director, Goff managed a 250-person nationwide team responsible for social media, email, web, online advertising, online organizing, design and video.

Under his leadership, the Obama campaign raised more than $690 million via the Internet and registered more than one million voters online. It also built a Facebook following of more than 45 million people and a Twitter following of more than 33 million.
The 2014 National Agenda speaker series, presented by UD’s Center for Political Communication, is titled “The Battle for Congress.”
Sessions, which are free and open to the public, are moderated by Ralph Begleiter, center director.
