University implements text based feedback system on shuttle buses

11:26 a.m., Nov. 12, 2014--University of Delaware Transportation Services has announced the implementation of BusBuzz on all UD shuttle buses, medical transport vehicles and Unicity buses.

BusBuzz is a text based feedback system that allows riders to report an issue, make a suggestion or give a compliment directly from the bus.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

BusBuzz signs have been placed on all transportation vehicles indicating the special keyword for that specific vehicle. Riders can send that keyword to 72727 and Transportation Services will be monitoring feedback and can also respond directly via text from the system.

Riders can also use BusBuzz to register for transportation alerts, get information about the shuttle system and even link directly to UD’s shuttle tracking app.
