New support group to explore healthier eating behaviors

11:33 a.m., March 25, 2015--Student Health Services is offering a new support group for University of Delaware students who are struggling with issues about their weight or who are tired of being on a diet roller coaster.

The group will meet twice a month in the second floor conference room of Laurel Hall, home of Student Health Services, with the first meeting scheduled at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 8.

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

Through supportive discussion and activities, participants will explore past eating behaviors and learn healthier ways to connect with eating. 

Sessions will be facilitated by a Student Health nutritionist, and there will be no weight checks or measurements taken.
