Pay-by-phone discontinued
Due to low usage, Parking Services to discontinue pay-by-phone service
1:35 p.m., June 2, 2015--University of Delaware Parking Services has announced that due to low adoption by users, it will discontinue the pay-by-phone parking payment app for all meters on campus effective June 15.
The app made up only 2 percent of all meter transactions versus coins and credit cards, which made up 98 percent of all meter transactions.

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.
Quarters and credit cards will continue to be accepted at all University of Delaware meters.
Parking Services will consider the use of an app in the future if there is renewed interest.
