Morris Library announces exhibitions, hours for UD Alumni Weekend

10:44 a.m., June 1, 2015--The University of Delaware Library will participate in Alumni Weekend 2015 with several exhibitions on view on Friday and Saturday, June 5-6.

June 6: UDid It! Picnic

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

• “Richard H. Stewart Abraham Lincoln Collection Gift and Exhibition,” on view in the Lincoln Exhibit Case adjacent to the Special Collections Exhibition Gallery located on the second floor of the Morris Library.

• “Legacy of the Delaware Coastal Zone Act: Conserving the First State,” on view in the Information Room on the first floor of the Morris Library.  

• “Margaret Walker: A Centenary Exhibition,” on view in the single case located in the Information Room on the first floor of the Morris Library.

The library hours for Alumni Weekend are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 6. The library will be closed on Sunday, June 7.
