Training offered on UD's new employee performance appraisal process
12:41 p.m., Jan. 26, 2015--The University of Delaware’s Office of Human Resources is offering a series of live webinars on the new performance appraisal system and process on four upcoming Wednesdays.

Feb. 4 – Performance Appraisals, Everyone’s Role

- Criteria for well written goals (SMART)
- Examples of well-written goals, tips
Feb. 18 – Performance Appraisals, Management’s Role
- Ratings and their correlation to performance
- Significance of narrative
All webinars begin at 4 p.m.
