Health, wellness event to be held on STAR Campus, open to community
9:59 a.m., Jan. 13, 2015--The College of Health Sciences at the University of Delaware and the Blood Bank of Delmarva will co-host the Indo-American Association of Delaware’s 17th annual health and wellness fair on Saturday, April 11, at UD’s Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus.
The event, which is part of the University’s National Public Health Week 2015 celebration, is free and open to the community.

The fair will include panel discussions with health experts, breakout sessions with specialists, health screenings, exhibitor tables with health and wellness information, healthy foods and activities, opportunities for participants to learn about research studies, and a blood drive and the opportunity to learn blood type.
The University community is invited to host tables with information about their health-related organizations or research. The vendor application deadline is March 1. Registration may be limited based on demand, so early registration is encouraged. Tables are free for UD researchers, departments, and student groups.
