A representative from Vermont Law School will visit UD on Feb. 16
10:42 a.m., Feb. 9, 2015--Last fall, the University of Delaware and Vermont Law School announced an articulation agreement promising guaranteed admission to qualified UD graduates.
On Monday, Feb. 16, a representative from Vermont Law School will visit UD to talk with prospective students, explain the articulation agreement, and answer questions.

The information session, hosted by the Delaware Environmental Institute (DENIN), will take place from 4-5 p.m. in 320 Gore Hall.
Anne Linehan, associate director of the Environmental Law Center at Vermont Law School, will discuss the requirements UD students must fulfill in order to gain admission to the school’s juris doctor, master’s or joint juris doctor/master’s programs.
Vermont Law School is a private, independent institution that has the top-ranked environmental law program and one of the top-ranked clinical training programs in the nation, according to U.S. News and World Report.
While not limited to environmental law, the program should prove of especially intriguing to students with interests in environmental issues and policy, according to Jeanette Miller, associate director of DENIN.
“The University of Delaware and Vermont Law School both have clear strengths and a commitment to excellence in environmental areas,” she said. “This is a natural alignment between our institutions and a tremendous opportunity for Delaware students.”
