Performance appraisals released, due to Human Resources by April 1
1:56 p.m., Feb. 16, 2015--Performance appraisals for all University of Delaware staff members have been released and are due to Human Resources by April 1.
The web-based performance appraisal system allows managers and employees to track where the performance appraisals are in the system.

The electronic system will help employees by pre-populating the major responsibilities and prior year goals sections of the form as long as an appraisal was completed the prior year.
The performance appraisal system does have a new look and feel but there are no changes to the content or the routing of the form. Employees can find additional resources and training on this webpage.
Supervisors are granted access to their employees by being listed on the form as a supervisor. If there are other administrative individuals in a department, unit or college who need access to all appraisals in the department, unit or college, complete the Access Request: Performance Appraisal System webform.

Email notices have been sent to all employees and include a link to the performance appraisal website, as well as a link for logging into the system.
In person training dates have been established for supervisors/managers and employees. The sessions will be held on Feb. 25, March 2 and March 5. To register, go to the calendar.
