University Library offers 'Adobe Illustrator: The Basics' multimedia workshop

9 a.m., Feb. 23, 2015--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop on the functions of Adobe Illustrator on Thursday morning, March 12.

Adobe Illustrator is a very popular and robust program for those interested in graphic design. Since the art produced in Adobe Illustrator is vector-based, it is perfect for logos, typography and digital illustration.

This workshop is for those with little or no experience with Adobe Illustrator who want to learn the basics.

The workshop will be offered from 10 a.m.-noon, Thursday, March 12, 2015, in Room A of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library. Presenter will be Nico Carver, assistant librarian, Multimedia Collections and Services Department.

This workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available at this website.
