It will be necessary for users to refuel the vehicles by using their own UD purchasing cards.

If it is necessary for users to purchase fuel with their own personal credit cards or cash, it will be their responsibility to obtain reimbursement through the requesting department.

If the vehicle is not returned full, the user/department will be charged a higher rate per gallon to return the vehicle to full.

Special requests for fuel cards will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The policy will go into effect on Sept. 2.

To better serve the University, the Motor Pool is in the process of updating several of its vehicles.
