University community invited to hear an overview of the plan and share comments
3:41 p.m., April 13, 2015--Two open sessions on the University of Delaware’s new Delaware Will Shine draft strategic plan will be held this week in Trabant University Center Theatre.
The first session will be held Tuesday, April 14, from 10-11 a.m., and the second will be held April 16, from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

As it neared time for the processional to open the University of Delaware Commencement ceremonies, graduating students and faculty members shared their feelings about what the event means to them.
Doctoral hooding
It was a day of triumph, cheers and collective relief as more than 160 students from 21 nations participated in the University of Delaware's Doctoral Hooding Convocation held Friday morning on The Green.
At each open session, a brief overview of the plan will be provided, and audience comments and suggestions for improvement will be solicited.
The open comment period began when the draft plan was shared with the University community on April 8 and will close on April 20.
