Big Sean tickets purchased April 15-17 must be exchanged due to barcode glitch

11:29 a.m., April 21, 2015--Tickets purchased April 15-17 for the University of Delaware Cultural Programming Advisory Board (CPAB) spring concert with Big Sean featuring PartyNextDoor must be exchanged.

Those who purchased tickets for the May 7 concert on those dates are asked to bring them to the University box offices in the Trabant University Center or the Bob Carpenter center as soon as possible to exchange them for newly printed versions.

As it neared time for the processional to open the University of Delaware Commencement ceremonies, graduating students and faculty members shared their feelings about what the event means to them.

It was a day of triumph, cheers and collective relief as more than 160 students from 21 nations participated in the University of Delaware's Doctoral Hooding Convocation held Friday morning on The Green.

Due to a glitch in the system, the tickets sold those days were printed without barcodes. Barcodes are required on every ticket to enter the show.

Anyone who attempts to enter the Bob Carpenter Center with a non-barcode ticket on the day of show will be directed to the box office for the exchange and will have to get back in line for entry. 

All seats from the original purchase will remain the same during the exchange.

The Trabant University Center box office is open for exchanges from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the Bob Carpenter Center box office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
