Talk set on "The Globalization of Public Affairs Education"

10:52 a.m., April 20, 2015--John T. S. Keeler, dean of the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, will be the next speaker in the University of Delaware's School of Public Policy and Administration's spring contemporary Issues seminar series.

He will discuss "“The Globalization of Public Affairs Education” at 5 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, in 127 Memorial Hall. The lecture is free and open to the public.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

Widely published, Keeler has received numerous awards and honors. His areas of expertise include comparative public policy, European Union politics, transatlantic relations and American foreign policy. 

He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Southern California and his master's and doctoral degrees in political science from Harvard University.
