FYI Stories

First class

UD Police marked the completion of its inaugural Community Police Academy with a special ceremony for the graduates.

In memoriam

UD professors and students remember Alexis DeFrancesco as a diligent student who liked to sit in the front row and as an outgoing and caring friend.

Participants will learn how to use diverse techniques to acknowledge the things that bring them gratitude. The rule for this type of journaling is honesty. No writing in the workshop has to be shared.

Leading the workshop will be Joan Leof, a lifelong journal writer who has presented writing workshops for groups and individuals for more than 25 years. She recently published her first book, Fatal If Swallowed: Reclaiming Creativity and Hope Along the Unchartered Path.
