2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

Prior to the “cut over,” users should set up their new voice mailboxes. The new voice mail system is not tied to the former voice mail system. The VoIP website has user guides with step-by-step instructions for setting up voice mail.

For those who need to learn how to use the new VoIP phone, user guides are available for each VoIP model phone deployed.
