Football: Parking, transportation

The University of Delaware has announced several parking and transportation changes that will have an impact on motorists on South Campus during the season-opening football game Friday, Sept. 4.

The testing involves blowing a non-toxic smoke into the sewer lines. The smoke will reveal places where storm and other surface waters are entering the sanitary system.

During this testing, gray smoke might exit through vents pipes on roofs of buildings and through sewer breaks.
