Nov. 4: Election Day library hours

The University of Delaware Library announces that the Morris Library will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4.

The testing involves blowing a non-toxic smoke into the sewer lines. The smoke will reveal places where storm and other surface waters are entering the sanitary system.

During this testing, gray smoke might exit through vents pipes on roofs of buildings and through sewer breaks.
