Horn Program in Entrepreneurship to present Dave Koston


8:26 a.m., Sept. 19, 2013--The Horn Program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware will offer an informative Free Lunch Friday at 12:15 p.m., Friday, Sept. 20, in the Lerner Hall Atrium.

The speaker will be Dave Koston, an entrepreneur and expert on product development strategies, who will speak on the topic “Don’t Think About the Product, Think About the Problem.”

Dec. 1: 'Alice' manuscript

A talk by August A. Imholtz Jr. marking the 150th anniversary of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" will be held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the Class of 1941 Lecture Room in the Morris Library on the University of Delaware campus in Newark.

Dec. 2: UD Night at Winterthur

University of Delaware students, faculty and staff are invited to join in the winter festivities at UD Night at Yuletide at Winterthur from 4:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University are invited to attend a 15-20 minute presentation on an aspect of entrepreneurship, followed by a 30-minute question and answer session. Seating is on a first-come, first served basis; pizza and refreshments are free to attendees.

The series will continue with the following presentations:

Sept. 27 – Danielle Whitaker, who will discuss female entrepreneurship and the story of Nemesis Autosport.

Oct. 4 – Dave Atadan, who will share the story of Trellist Marketing.
