Nov. 13: Transportation Forum
University, DelDOT to host Transportation Infrastructure Forum
1:35 p.m., Oct. 17, 2013--The Delaware Center for Transportation at the University of Delaware and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will jointly host a Transportation Infrastructure Forum on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
The forum, the fourth to be held in the last 25 years, will meet from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. in Clayton Hall on the University’s Laird Campus in Newark.

The main objective of the forum is to identify important transportation issues that the University, DelDOT and other institutions of higher education, as well as private companies, may conduct and implement over the next three to five years.
Local, state and regional transportation professionals, university researchers, elected officials and community leaders have been invited to the forum to share their concerns and ideas.
Following welcoming remarks from invited keynote speakers, participants will attend one or more discussion groups on specific topics.
