Oct. 15: PNC Bank tech event

PNC Bank to offer information about online banking, money management

8:28 a.m., Oct. 8, 2013--PNC Bank, which provides personal banking services on the University of Delaware campus, will hold a special event from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15, with an information table in the Trabant University Center food court.

PNC representatives will be available to provide product demonstrations and talk about easy and convenient ways to bank online and via cell phones, tablets and other mobile devices.

May 4: Education colloquium

The University of Delaware School of Education's spring colloquium series continues May 4 with a presentation from Steve Graham, who is Mary Emily Warner Professor in the Division of Leadership and Innovation in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University.

May 5: Benefits of diversity

Scott Page, author of "The Difference," will speak May 5 at the University of Delaware about the benefits of diversity.

Those who visit the table will have an opportunity to spin the PNC prize wheel or enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a Kindle Fire HD.

Those who cannot attend this event but want to take control of how they manage their money can visit this website or the PNC Bank branch in the Trabant University Center, which is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
