9:40 a.m., Oct. 2, 2013--Representatives from 51 law schools will attend the University of Delaware’s annual Law School Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 2-4 p.m., in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.
The fair has grown by more than 76 percent this year, with representatives from the University of Pennsylvania, Boston University, American University, Villanova University, Wake Forest University and other national law schools scheduled to attend.

In addition to the fair, the event will include a mock admissions panel, with three admission representatives from different law schools. The dean of admissions from the University of Richmond School of Law organized the panel, which will walk students through the admissions decision-making process.
The mock admissions panel will be held at noon in Trabant Multipurpose Room A. Lunch will be served, but seating is limited. Students are asked to RSVP through Blue Hen Careers.
Following the career fair, Wayne Batchis, assistant professor of political science and international relations and prelaw adviser at UD, will lead a discussion on law school applications and the admissions process after the fair. That will be held at 4 p.m., also in Trabant Multipurpose Room A.
