Center for Study of Diversity seeks faculty, grad student proposals

1:18 p.m., Oct. 31, 2013--The University of Delaware Center for the Study of Diversity has announced a call for proposals for faculty and graduate student diversity research grants.

To implement its mission to support faculty diversity projects and research at UD, the center has initiated both a Faculty Diversity Research Grant Program and a Graduate Student Diversity Research Grant Program.

William Farquhar, professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Applied Physiology at the University of Delaware, is editor of a special issue of the journal Autonomic Neuroscience devoted to exercise.

Male reproductive organ development in maize involves a complex array of ribonucleic acid molecules with potentially diverse activities in gene regulation, demonstrated by new research from UD and Stanford University.
