Late night study
Final exams late night study locations announced
1:10 p.m., Nov. 25, 2013--Late night campus study locations available for use by University of Delaware students before and during fall semester final exams have been announced.
They include the Kirkwood Room in the Perkins Student Center; Trabant University Center Food Court and Daugherty Hall and Rooms 206 and 219 in the Trabant University Center; Morris Library and the Morris Library Commons.

The Morris Library will be open as follows:
- Sunday, Dec. 1, open 24 hours starting at 2 p.m.;
- Monday, Dec. 2, through Thursday, Dec. 5, open 24 hours;
- Friday, Dec. 6, open until 10 p.m.;
- Saturday, Dec. 7, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
- Sunday, Dec. 8, open 24 hours starting at 11 a.m.;
- Monday, Dec. 9, through Thursday, Dec. 12, open 24 hours; and
- Friday, Dec. 13, open until 7 p.m.
Morris Library Commons is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1, until the last day of exams, closing at 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13. The commons offers wired and wireless Internet access, vending machines and restrooms and is located adjacent to the Morris Library entrance.
The electronic library of the University of Delaware Library, which is available 24/7, provides access for faculty, students and staff of the University of Delaware to a rich array of online library resources including DELCAT, electronic reserves, databases, full-text information, electronic journals and newspapers, eBooks, Guides to the Internet, the Institutional Repository, and much more.
Daugherty Hall in the Trabant University Center is open from:
- 7 a.m.-2 a.m., Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5 and 6;
- 9 a.m.-2 a.m., Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7 and 8;
- 7 a.m.-2 a.m., Monday, Dec. 9, through Thursday, Dec. 12; and
- 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13.
Trabant Food Court will be open for study from:
- 9 a.m. to midnight, Thursday, Dec. 5;
- 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6;
- 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7 and 8;
- 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, through Thursday, Dec. 12; and
- 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13.
The Kirkwood Room in the Perkins Student Center will be open for study from:
- 7 a.m.-11:45 p.m., Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5 and 6;
- 9 a.m.-11:45 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7 and 8;
- 7 a.m.-11:45 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, through Thursday, Dec. 12; and
- 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13.
Rooms 206 and 219 in the Trabant University Center will be open for study from:
- 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5 and 6;
- 9 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7 and 8;
- 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 9 and 10;
- 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 11 (Room 206 only – Room 219 not available);
- 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12; and
- 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13.
For an extra boost during extended hours of late night study, Rodney and Russell dining halls will offer PJ’s, Pancakes and Ice Cream from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.
