Nov. 20: 'Fear Not the Path of Truth'

Students for Justice in Palestine to screen documentary on Fallujah


11:30 a.m., Nov. 13, 2013--A screening of the film Fear Not the Path of Truth: A Veteran’s Journey After Fallujah will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the University of Delaware.

The screening, which is free, will be held in 130 Sharp Laboratory. It will be followed by a question and answer session with the director.

Dec. 1: 'Alice' manuscript

A talk by August A. Imholtz Jr. marking the 150th anniversary of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" will be held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the Class of 1941 Lecture Room in the Morris Library on the University of Delaware campus in Newark.

Dec. 2: UD Night at Winterthur

University of Delaware students, faculty and staff are invited to join in the winter festivities at UD Night at Yuletide at Winterthur from 4:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 2.

The film follows Ross Caputi, a UD student, veteran of the second siege of Fallujah, Iraq, and director of the Justice for Fallujah Project as he investigates atrocities and the legacy of U.S. foreign policy in the city.

The screening is sponsored by Students for Justice in Palestine.
