Public Safety coordinates Toys for Tots program on campus

11:35 a.m., Nov. 20, 2013--The University of Delaware Department of Public Safety is again coordinating the Toys for Tots Program this year on campus.

The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys and distributes them as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community.

Calling all 2016 grads

UD's Photographic Services department is seeking graduates wearing their caps and gowns for a short photography session at 4 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, on the South Green.

New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the drop-off bins at any one of the following locations:

• UD Police headquarters at 413 Academy St.;

• Student lounge at the Trabant University Center;

• UD Barnes and Noble Bookstore, 83 East Main St.;

• Information desk at the Perkins Student Center; and

• Lobby of the Fred Rust Ice Arena, 547 South College Ave.

Toys may be dropped off now through Dec. 12.
