University of Delaware Library celebrates student multimedia projects
12:41 p.m., March 11, 2014--The University of Delaware Library Student Multimedia Showcase held on Wednesday, Feb. 19, celebrated successful multimedia projects that UD students created throughout the academic year using the resources available in the Student Multimedia Design Center in the Morris Library.
This year's showcase consisted of 12 student videos nominated by faculty representing multiple disciplines, including a documentary on the revitalization of Downtown Newark made by graduate students in public administration; a Lego brickfilm made with a stop-motion animation technique by an English Language Institute class; an ethnographic examination of the Army ROTC program made in an anthropology class; and a young adult book trailer made in an English class.
