May 10: DIP Project Showcase

Design Innovation and Positivity Club to host showcase, seeks creations

8:28 a.m., March 13, 2014--The Design Innovation and Positivity Club (DIP) registered student organization will host the first University of Delaware Project Showcase from 2-5 p.m., Saturday, May 10, in the Multipurpose Room of the Trabant University Center.

The DIP showcase will expose a student and public audience to the latest in UD student innovations.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

DIP is looking for art, fashion, electronics, handcrafts, social impact ventures, mechanical creations and other projects.

Also, photographer, videographer, T-shirt design, booklet design, and other advertisement positions are open.
