Public sale of UDon't Need It? items continues until noon on Saturday

10:35 a.m., June 4, 2014--The public sale of used furnishings and home goods left by University of Delaware students through the UDon’t Need It? program will be held through noon Saturday, June 7, under the white tents at UD’s Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus.

Items range from furniture and appliances to workout equipment.

Nov. 21: Festival of Nations

The University of Delaware will host the annual Festival of Nations from 5-9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.

Nov. 22: UDress fashion event

UDress magazine at the University of Delaware will hold its ninth annual Fall Fashion Event at 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.

Hours and prices are as follows:

• Wednesday, June 4, 1-7 p.m., with everything priced at $10.

• Thursday, June 5, 1-7 p.m., with everything priced at $5.

• Friday, June 6, from 1-7 p.m., with everything priced at $1.

• Saturday, June 7, from 8 a.m.-noon, with all remaining items free.

Additionally, shoppers will be able to fill a large bag with clothing, utensils, dishes, small appliances and the like, and can purchase the entire bag for the set price of the day.
