Change in credit monitoring

Kroll changing its website for UD subscribers

2:32 p.m., June 13, 2014--Kroll Advisory Solutions is sending out a series of email messages to its UD subscribers advising them of changes to the Kroll website and login procedures.

Kroll Advisory Solutions is monitoring the credit activity of those UD employees and former employees who registered in the six months following the July 2013 UD data breach.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

In summary, Kroll is changing the credit bureau it has been using to monitor UD subscribers’ credit activity and making cosmetic changes at its website.

The University’s Security Response website has been updated to include information about this change in Kroll’s services.
