Drop/Add registration, Housing Assignments delayed until Aug. 2
7:02 p.m., July 31, 2013--Drop/Add registration and Housing Assignments for the fall semester will now be available online beginning Aug. 2 instead of Aug. 1.
UD Information Technology professionals with department functional partners continue their work to rebuild the server systems that were taken offline after the recent data security breach. Many systems have been fully restored, and others are nearing full implementation.
The delay is needed to ensure that necessary student online services are effectively restored and integrated.
New student room assignments are now scheduled to be sent via email through the day on Friday, Aug. 2. The room information will be sent to students' UD email addresses and will include room assignment, room style, roommate information and additional resources.
Drop/add will begin at 12:01 a.m., Aug. 2.
Additionally, individuals paying semester billls should be aware that as long as payment is received by Aug. 8, no late fees will be assessed.
