TEXT SIZE

2:18 p.m., Jan. 8, 2014--The University of Delaware procedure for processing brown and teal surveys has been streamlined to be more efficient, convenient and green.

Beginning on Monday, Jan. 13, clients will no longer receive printed output files from the IT processing service.

Wellness retreat

A winter wellness retreat to Puerto Rico is being offered by UD's Institute for Global Studies and the Employee Wellness Program.

For your safety

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced that some residential smoke alarms produced by Kidde have been recalled.

Instead, they receive an electronic copy through UD's Dropbox. Extra files the program creates are also loaded to the UD Dropbox.

Clients will have faster access to their survey data with the new process. They can now retrieve their files from anywhere using the same process as that for obtaining test scoring and pink course evaluation results.

The new process is designed to make results more readily available:

  • Output files will be available through UD Dropbox.
  • An email message will be sent with the link to obtain the files.
  • There will be no printed version of the brown or teal scanning output.

For questions about brown or teal form processing, review the online documentation or contact the IT Support Center.
