Library sets workshop on 'Understanding Your Camera: Digital Photography Basics'
8:41 a.m., Feb. 11, 2014--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop titled “Understand Your Camera: Digital Photography Basics” on the basics of digital photography on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
The workshop will introduce participants to lighting, composition and the camera’s manual settings to produce impressive results no matter what camera is being used. Participants are invited to bring a personal digital camera or to borrow a camera from the Student Multimedia Design Center service desk prior to the workshop.

The workshop will be held from 10 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, Feb. 18, in Room B of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library. The presenter will be John Stevenson, associate librarian, Student Multimedia Design Center.
This workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available.
