March 13: SCPAB concert

Pop singer Aaron Carter to perform at Trabant University Center

10:55 a.m., Feb. 20, 2014--The Student Centers Programming Advisory Board (SCPAB), a registered student organization at the University of Delaware, will host pop singer Aaron Carter for a concert on Thursday, March 13, in the Trabant University Center Multipurpose Rooms.  

The show will start at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.

Joining forces to aid underprivileged families in the First State, the University of Delaware's Department of Communication and the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity are accepting contributions for their biannual food drive this week.

April 18: Resapalooza

The UD Resident Student Association has announced that the annual Resapalooza festival will be held from 3:30-7:30 p.m., Friday, April 18, on the North Green.

General admission tickets for the Aaron Carter concert go on sale for University of Delaware students only on Monday, Feb. 24, at $15 during the first week of ticket sales.  Students must have their UD IDs. Tickets can be purchased at the UD box offices at the Bob Carpenter Center or in the Trabant University Center. Box offices open at 8:30 a.m.

On March 3, tickets will be available at $20 each to the general public, UD staff and students. Tickets can be purchased at all UD box offices or online at Ticketmaster.com

Aaron Carter is an American pop and hip-hop singer who came to fame in the early 2000s among pre-teens and teenagers. He is most well known for his hits “Aaron’s Party,” “I Want Candy” and “That’s How I Beat Shaq.”
