2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

To sign up for the correct class, you will need to identify what model phone you have. The VoIP phone model, manufactured by Cisco, can be identified by either looking on the back or bottom of the phone. The Cisco VoIP phones deployed at UD are:

  • 3905 – one-line phone;
  • 6945 – four-line phone;
  • 6961 – twelve-line phone; and
  • 7945 – eight-line phone.

Each training session will include live demonstrations on basic dialing and commonly used features for the new VoIP Cisco phones as well as instructions on using the new Cisco voice mail system. Visit the LearnITatUD website to register for a class.

Visit the VoIP website and click “training resources” for user guides on each phone model.
