HR also has announced hands-on UDTime supervisor and timekeeper training to be held Friday, Aug. 16, in anticipation of the end of the first UDTime pay period for hourly employees on Aug. 17.
Supervisors or timekeepers of miscellaneous wage or student employees with time in the current pay period can get advice and guidance with editing and approving employee timesheets. The test database will be loaded with actual data from the current pay period.
Those who attend the training sessions will be able to practice approving timesheets in a "test" environment and get comfortable with editing timesheets before the doing these tasks in the real database.
