HR announces UDTime system was successfully launched Aug. 4
1:28 p.m., Aug. 9, 2013--University of Delaware Facilities and Auxiliary Services and Dining Services employees were among the first people to use the new UDTime system on Sunday Aug. 4.
Employees were greeted with balloons and breakfast treats to celebrate the launch of the new system.

UDTime provides centralized and consistent information concerning employees’ earned time off and is be easily accessible from anywhere in the world. Employees can get access to leave balances in Self-Service Views, in the section called Time Off Balance View.
HR reminds the campus community that the Bi-Weekly Time Report and Work Study Time Report webforms are no longer to be used for reporting undergraduate student or miscellaneous wage employees’ hours. These employees instead will be using the UDTime WebClock to record their hours.
HR has conducted extensive training through the summer to prepare employees to use the new system, with sessions held across the Newark campus and in Georgetown and Lewes.
Four more general open sessions are planned for next week for fiscal faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff, as well as undergraduate student and miscellaneous wage employees and their supervisors. Use the following links to register for a session:

- Wednesday, Aug. 14, 9:30 a.m. to noon
- Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1:30 to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 15, 9:30 a.m. to noon
