UD's Pinterest page hosts student artists in an online art show
9:43 a.m., Aug. 13, 2013--Covering graphic design, illustration, ceramics, photography, printmaking and animation, the rigorous curriculum of the University of Delaware’s Department of Art allows students to develop a wide range of talents. Beginning Aug. 13, those talents will be on display on UD’s new Art and Design Pinterest board.
Whether studying fine arts or visual communications, UD art students prepare for creative careers through collaboration in the studio and frequent trips to New York City to meet potential future employers.

“I love being a visual communications major because it’s so different and hands on,” says junior Courtney Reges. “I have been able to expand my artistic abilities in so many ways.” From larger than life cardboard structures to high-end package design, UD’s talented art students reach new heights of creativity every day.
The Art and Design board is the second new board launched this summer on UD’s Pinterest account after the “Old School” board was launched in July.
UD students who would like to showcase their artwork can email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
