Library offers 'Understanding Your Camera: Digital Photography Basics' workshop

8:08 a.m., Aug. 14, 2013--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop on the basics of digital photography on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 10.

This workshop will introduce participants to lighting, composition and the camera’s manual settings to produce impressive results no matter what camera is used.

June 6: UDid It! Picnic

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

Participants are welcome to bring personal cameras or to check one out from the Student Multimedia Design Center.

The workshop will meet from 2-4 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10, in Room B of the Student Multimedia Design Center on the lower level of the Morris Library.

Presenters will be John Stevenson, associate librarian, and Nico Carver, assistant librarian, both of the Student Multimedia Design Center.

This workshop is available at no charge and is open to UD faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required.
