Access to dining hall construction site restricted

7:21 p.m., Aug. 7, 2013--Members of the community are reminded that the construction site for the Academy Street Dining and Residence Halls (ASDR) project is restricted.

For safety and security reasons, access is only allowed to persons authorized to be on the site. Security cameras monitor the site, UD Police regularly patrol the area and trespassers are subject to arrest.

Shuttle changes

University of Delaware Transportation Services has announced that it will implement several changes to shuttle bus routes.

Housing application opens Sept. 1

UD students who are at least second-year students and recent transfers with at least 30 credits as of Sept. 1 must apply for upper-division housing by Sept. 30 to be guaranteed housing for the 2016-17 academic year.

The Academy Street Dining and Residence Halls project began this summer and is scheduled for completion by fall 2015.
