May 10: UDaB 5K
UD Alternative Breaks to hold inaugural 5K walk, run
9:47 a.m., April 22, 2014--The University of Delaware Alternative Breaks program (UDaB) will hold its first 5-kilometer walk and run beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 10, at the Laird Campus.
The registration cost is $20, and the first 50 competitors to register will receive a free T-shirt. Day-of registration will cost $25 and will open at 8 a.m.

June 6-9: Food and culture series
The race will begin at the Laird Campus clock, wind through the White Clay trail behind the Christiana Towers, and end back at the clock.
Over spring break, UDaB sends students to complete service work in communities in need. The proceeds from the race will help the alternative break program and all the students who participate.
