UD Black Graduate Student Association seeks executive board members

9:45 a.m., April 22, 2014--For students interested in becoming active leaders on campus, the University of Delaware Black Graduate Student Association is seeking volunteers to serve on its executive board for the 2014-15 academic year.

The BGSA executive board, or eboard, works diligently to provide quality programming designed to further the professional development, academic advancement, and community engagement of the organization’s membership.

Commencement

UD will hold its 166th Commencement exercises beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 30, in Delaware Stadium on the Newark campus.

From clinic to capstone

Jill Higginson has received a five-year grant from the National Institutes of Health that will build a link between two successful biomedical engineering programs at UD: clinical immersion and senior design.

Those who are interested in joining the BGSA eboard are asked to complete the following interest form no later than Wednesday, April 30.
